Dr. Mike proudly hails from Schenectady.  To this day, his roots run deep in the Adirondacks (Saratoga and Lake George).  With wife Jacquelyn Forsythe White RN/BSN, he resides on Florida’s Belleair Bluff — a beach, biking, golf and pool destination often visited by children (4) and grandchildren (9).  Writing as W Ryder Black MD, he is the founding (and only) member of four organizations: GCA (Grandparent Caddies Association); P3A (Personal Professional Patient Advocates); SG4 (Serious Grand Gentlemen Geriatric Golfers Society); and Championship Golf’s The White Medallion Society.  Membership applications are available upon request.  Membership requirements are relaxed.  Initiation fees are dear.

Recognizing his work is a far from finished continuous improvement process, he is anxious to appreciate your insights and your perspectives — your realities.  He is at his best when you confide what he has right, has wrong and what he has omitted.  Dr. Mike will be pleased to hear from you.  Your communications will greatly enhance his future, always humble but earnest efforts.  He will be pleased to hear from you.
