Dear Mr. President, Honorable Members of Congress and Distinguished Staff and Fine Citizens,

I am hopeful that we the people will soon be in receipt of a presidential letter that approximates…

The Big House

July 4th

My Fellow Americans,

The weight of the Presidency is enormous. Fortunately for you, I am up to the task.

It is important for me to be perceived as a strong, tough, no-nonsense guy. Rest assured, no one views your President as a pushover.

But it is important for you to know that there is another side of me — at heart, I am just a kind and decent guy.  Each day, as I survey this fine website: https://www.fixingushealthcare.com/, I am reminded that our fine country has been remiss by not long ago designing and implementing a system that provides basic health care to all Americans.  This oversight must be addressed and corrected.  It is the kind and decent thing to do.

So today I announce that I have a plan to have a plan for affordable basic health care for all that will be funded by the United States Treasury.  I will bring our best and brightest (including you) together to create an innovative health care infrastructure (like highways, electric grid and water systems) that advances national health and basic personal health care.  As this infrastructure investment enhances personal well-being and security, it will significantly bolster/strengthen our national security.

So join me in regularly accessing and contributing to this website.  By collectively brainstorming our next, best ideas, we will come to understand how to proceed towards affordable basic health care for all.

Respectfully submitted,

Your Deservedly Elected Big Guy

I am hopeful to soon be in receipt of this long-overdue, kind and decent enlightened message.

Respectfully submitted,

T Michael White MD FACP

Your idea to fund healthcare from the national treasury fits well with the assumed goals of the President Elect. It would allow us to save money as a nation (taking into account both federal, state and personal health care expenditures), and it would allow the United States to assume a leadership position in both the cost and the quality of healthcare, a position from which the US is well-removed currently because of its high cost of health care and its poor health care outcomes. In other words, it would "Make America Great!" Thanks for your post.
